1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of borogaragedoor.com and to inspections, repairs, installations and maintenance provided by Murfreesboro Garage Door Pros, 935 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. By using the website or booking with your trusted Murfreesboro garage door company team, you agree to them. If a signed work order or agreement says something different, that document controls for that job.
2. Estimates & prices
- We inspect the door and quote the full price for the work before we start.
- Quotes for new doors and openers are written, itemized and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, because product prices change.
- Prices, timelines and product information on the website are general information, not an offer. Your quote is what counts.
3. Approving work
Work starts only after you approve the price. If we find another worn or failing part while working, we will show you and agree the price before replacing it. You may decline any recommended work; we will note it on your invoice, especially where it affects safety.
4. Appointments
We confirm appointment times by phone or text and give a time window. Please make sure someone 18 or older is present, or arrange access in advance. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Delays caused by traffic, parts availability or a previous job running long are not a breach of these terms, and we will keep you informed.
5. Safety & your door
- Garage door springs and cables are under high tension. Please do not attempt to adjust or release them yourself, and keep children and pets away from the door while we work.
- If your door has a broken spring or cable or has come off its track, keep it closed, unplug the opener and wait for a technician.
- Clear vehicles and stored items from the area around the door and opener before the appointment.
- We may decline to operate or leave in service a door we consider unsafe, and will explain why.
6. Parts & new doors
Special-order doors, sections and openers are ordered after you approve the quote and may require a deposit. Manufacturer lead times are estimates. Colors and wood-grain finishes may vary slightly from screens and printed samples. Replacing a door in the same opening usually does not require a permit; if your project changes the opening or structure, we will tell you whether a permit is needed from the City of Murfreesboro or Rutherford County.
7. Warranties
Doors, openers and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labor warranty, its length and what it covers are stated on your quote or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from vehicle impact, misuse, alterations or repairs made by someone else, lack of reasonable maintenance, or conditions outside the work we performed.
8. Payment
Payment for repairs is due when the work is complete and you have seen the door operate. Deposits and payment terms for new doors and commercial work are set out in your quote. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.
9. Website content
Articles, FAQs and guides on this website are general information about garage doors in the Murfreesboro area. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection.
